Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

He supplies all the products needed including water, and he magically makes our 2012 Rav4 look brand new when he's finished which says a lot!
