 “To ensure the highest quality of service for all clients, we kindly request that appointments be made individually when booking for two or more people. Group bookings under a single name are not recommended. If you proceed with a group booking, please note that services will be provided to one person at a time — the second person will need to wait until the first person’s service is completed. Thank you very much for your understanding.”

  “For card payments or transfer, there is a small £3 processing fee from the      third-party payment system. I just want to let you know in advance.”

  “This fee is not from us; it is charged by      the payment provider for card transactions.”

  By booking an appointment at Carterton Nails, clients agree to adhere to the following policies and terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Carterton Nails reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. All services are performed at the client's own risk.

The attention to detail is amazing, the nails last really well, and the whole experience is always relaxing and enjoyable.
