Jeff was prompt, welcoming, and did a great job on Hazel's first puppy cut! Carlito is adorable!

Jeff does a phenomenal job grooming my cat! He’s a larger Maine Coone who is strong and wriggly like an eel so he’s a challenge for sure. Jeff never lets that stop him, Leeroy comes back clean and tidy every time!

Poppi looked so adorable after her grooming at Carlito`s. I know that she is quite the handfull as a puppy so very happy with Jeff`s patience and professionalism as a groomer. Thank you so much for making our little girl feel comfortable and special!

Excellent service! Very professional and gave an amazing haircut to our dog. The groomer really takes his time and does a thorough job that is high quality! We love our new groomer!

Our dog looked adorable after her groom and she was so happy. She also liked playing with Carlito. I would definitely have her groomed at Carlitos Groom Room again.

My puppy had a wonderful first grooming experience with Tim!
He did exactly what we were wanting and Our puppy actually enjoyed it!
He is very gentle and loving and it is obvious how much he loves them! We are grateful to have found such a skilled and kind groomer !

My dog looked great and was very happy when I picked her up.

This was such a great experience, I could not recommend Carlitos more highly! We had a family outdoor cat who was matted and needing a full body shave. We had no idea how he would do, but Jeff was so professional and friendly and did a fantastic job! All went smoothly, and it was very quick and efficient. 10/10!

Jeff is a wonderful groomer… talented, gentle, and friendly! My dog loves him… he has been grooming Bode for al least 6 years! Thanks Jeff and his buddy Carlito!

Jeff gently bathed, trimmed and combed my senior pup in the comfy quiet of his home, all with great care and sensitivity to my dog's comfort level. She did not shiver from fright while being groomed as she often does, and post-groom she looks wonderful.

Jeff did a fine job grooming my Maltipoo ❤️. She has lots of curly fur and wiggles a when groomed. Jeff provided her a safe space and care. I know this as my dog was calm and happy when I picked her up and I was provided pictures during the grooming process. Her groom is gorgeous and I will definitely have Carlitos Groom Room be our dogs 🐶 family groomer.

Carlitos Groom Room was focusing on my cat’s experience getting dematted. Jeff and his assistant really took a good care of my cat, Benny. I’m glad this place is safe exist in Bend, Oregon.. it is very hard to find groomer for cats in this town. We will be back. Thank YOU Jeff 🙏

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Carlito’s grooming. We took our one year old Golden Retriever Phoebe for her very first grooming experience and my gosh he was so patient, kind, nice just completely took his time with her. It truly made her experience and ours so wonderful she just let him do everything like they just knew each other. She seriously was just another dog when we left her alone with Jeff it was wonderful to see Phoebe come out of her shell with Carlito too.

Nice caring groomer, Jeff! That made all the difference besides the great haircut. Wonderful. ♥️

We had our first visit today and Carlitos Groom room did a wonderful Job I was Happy that he kept in touch with me while he was grooming our Fur Babies. I plan on going back for sure!

We love Carlitos groom room ! Jeff always does a great job! I feel the love that he has for animals and I know riot is in good hands while he’s there and he always comes home looking like a king♥️ Thanks carlito and Jeff!!

What an amazing experience! Excellent communication, the groomer was standing outside waiting for us with a smile and excited to help which was comforting because this is a home based business. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns, and my doggo is so happy with the quick friendly service too!

Jeff was very kind and patient with my new rescue pup!

Jeff was wonderful and took great care of my fur baby. She has a beautiful new lion cut and she’s very happy to be mat free! Thank you so much! 😊

Koa Proud (Labradoddle) had a positive experience at Carlito's. He looks great and we'll return in the future!

Jeff & Carlito are a great team! Snickers always has a good time & looks incredible when I go pick him up! The vibe is positive & it shows!

Carlito’s groom room did a beautiful job on my golden doodle!
 I will be back😄
Thank you

The best grooming experience for our kitty! Very grateful for the expert care and easy bookings

Fantastic groom on my cat! It waa the first time he had been groomed and we will definitely be back. Jeff is great and so caring about the pets he sees.
10 out of 10!!

Jeff is just the best groomer! He has groomed our doodle for the last 9.5 years - my boy just loves him and he consistently listens to what I need for my boy Curry. You won’t be disappointed and your dog will
Love his time at the groom room!

A delightful experience. My dog was so well cared for and enjoyed her time at Carlito's!! Will be back!

Awesome. Bandit did so good and looks so handsome.

We love coming here.

Quincy was returned to me soft and very well groomed! She was beautiful and she knew it!

Maisie loves Jeff & she loves her spa day!

Gracie loves visiting Jeff and Carlito, and she always leaves happy and beautifully groomed.

Best groomer ever!!!!
5 stars , he always take care of my babies. 🐕

Jeff was so gentle and kind with my kitty. I will be returning.

Jeff is so easy to work with us and our two Maine Coons boys. His gentle kind techniques helped work through the kitties fears. He advised us with special cuts for the areas that needed more attention for our boys. I recommend Jeff for your cats or dogs. You will become a fan of Jeff like us.

Very grateful to have Jeff as our groomer for our Australian Labradoodle. He’s personable, kind, and patient, and I know my fur baby is in great hands while visiting Carlito’s Groom Room. Little Carlito is an extra bonus and helps my pup feel right at home; the 1:1 attention goes a long way vs. dropping off with multiple dogs.
It’s a serene setup for fearful or high-anxiety dogs as well.
Highly, highly recommend. Bonus that it’s always a pleasure to support a local small biz in town.

Jeff is so gentle and caring when grooming our kitty, Foster. He sends texts letting us know how things are going as he grooms him. It is a long trek to get him there, but well worth it.

I love taking my cats for grooming appointments with Jeff. They always look wonderful once they have a fresh cut and bath!

Super consistent and easy for both Rocky, and I!

My pomeranian looks, feels abd smells amazing! Great service! Wonderful communication! Highly recommend!

Jeff did a great job with our kitty! He’s very caring and thorough and we trust him completely. Not easy finding cat care in such a doggie town! Thanks Jeff!!!!

Sandy came out great, great friendly service. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Super friendly, fast and a great all around experience.. Plus Carlito is great!

Fantastic with cats and their temperament, very nice experience for my kitty and he looks and smells wonderful after this groom. will be going back, thank you!

Jeff (and his pomchi Carlito) are both very gentle and kind. My two doodles can be anxious, and they come as a pair, so it was great that Jeff allowed them to come at the same time!
Their grooms are amazing...my mother-in-law saw them and said "I think it's the best grooming I've ever seen on them." I agree! That says a lot given one of my dogs is 9 and the other is 6 and the've been groomed six times a year for their entire lives!

Thank you, Jeff. Looking forward to the next visit!

Jeff is the BEST groomer! We have a young Papillon who is afraid of both people and dogs, and he is fine with Jeff and Carlito. Jeff does such a great job with our dog —his nails, his coat, sanitary cut —every aspect of grooming is covered, and he comes out of there looking like a champion!

Jeff took such good care of my new rescue kitty for her first grooming experience. She came home happy, and looking and smelling amazing. Thank you!!

Great experience taking my senior dog to Carlito's grooming room. Very friendly, helpful and convenient location.

Our Bonnie had the best experience! I would highly recommend Jeff as a groomer and an all-around solid person! Playing with his dog Carlito was an added bonus for our gal! See you in 4-6 weeks!

So happy we were able to reconnect with Jeff & Carlito❣️Just the Best. A relaxed atmosphere not the frenetic crated place that you fine elsewhere. Plus, great grooming and attention to detail.

We truly found a gem! Jeff’s communication is absolutely amazing, and took such great care of our doodles!

Took a very raggedy looking Shay to Jeff & Carlito for a good wash and trim; Shay seemed very relaxed with him and so much hair gone! Thanks for doing such a good job!

We took in our 3.5 month old kitten, Fiona, for her very first bath. We want to expose her early so she gets familiar with baths and not dread them later on. Jeff kept me posted via text and sent photos and videos which I totally appreciated! The process was faster than intended so I dropped Fiona off and did some shopping. After her bath, Fiona got to sit outside (in her carrier) and listen to the birds and she was just so calm and content. When we got home, she was calm and not stressed.

Jake had a great groom today. We love the way he is taken care of and the one on one time he gets.

Jeff does a great job with our cats. Highly recommended!

Very happy that I found Jeff! My pomeranian was very comfortable and happy at the groom room. He is great with the clippers and gave him a perfectly smooth pup cut for the summertime. 10/10 highly recommend!
