If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment start time I require a cancellation fee of £10. If you cancel on the day of your appointment I require a cancellation fee of the full service total. 

I am very understanding and fully appreciate things happen, illnesses, childcare etc but as a business owner I need to protect my business. 

I’ve been to quite a few brow techs over the years, but I can honestly say the level of precision and care here is on another level. She is a true perfectionist in the best possible way, every hair is placed perfectly, the shape is always tailored exactly to your face, and she never rushes the process. You can tell lucy genuinely cares about her work and wants you to leave with perfect brows every time. I wouldn’t go to anyone else x
