Appointment & Service Policy By booking and confirming an appointment, and by arriving for your scheduled service, you are acknowledging and agreeing to all of the terms outlined below. Cancellations & No-Shows - Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. - Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in a $59 cancellation fee, which will be invoiced. - This fee covers products and materials prepared for your service and the reserved appointment time that cannot typically be rebooked on short notice. Service Adjustments & Refunds - If you are not satisfied with your cut or color, contact me within 72 hours to schedule a redo. - If a redo is refused, less than half of the service payment will be refunded at my discretion. - If a redo is performed but you are still unhappy, only 50% of the service payment will be refunded. - Tips are not refundable under any circumstances. By confirming and attending your appointment, you agree to this policy in full. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and business. 🤍
