Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion; late arrivals may incur the full service charge and will receive only the remaining appointment time. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and a skin test is required 48 hours before colour or chemical services. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and the waiting area is reserved for clients only. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
