We require a $100 deposit to schedule an appointment for a tattoo. This will go towards the price of the tattoo when you arrive for the appointment. It is non-refundable , but if you need to reschedule and give at least 48 hours notice , it can be transferred to a different date. You have 1 month to choose a new date if you do reschedule.

The most outgoing, thoughtful, kind tattoo shop I’ve been to. Everyone is so sweet and really listens to what you want done. I get tattooed by Rachel and she does amazing work!

Emily is THE BEST artist to work with! She's amazing in all aspects (from the consult to the tattooing itself). She's not heavy-handed, so the area she worked on won't swell up ten times its normal size. Plus, she's just a great human. Go see her, you'll be thankful you did!!

Best shop in Cookeville! Started getting work done 2019 from owner Emily. She is the best!! Very professional and does phenomenal work. I love these ladies! I have several tattoos but I have been tattooed four times total now with Black Heart Tattoo. I started years ago with Emily (the owner) and decided to give Rachel a try as an apprentice as well.  They are gentle, yet effective and detailed & precise with their work. I have no scaring with an excellent & fast heal time. They are nothing but professional and talented! I am excited to continue to get work done by them as well as other aspiring artists in the future.

Great people and even better artists. Everyone makes you feel at home whether it’s your first time there or 100th. 10/10 recommend

Emily did an awesome job on my tattoo today! I got a pink peony and butterfly . She had previously did the butterfly at a flash sale back in December but I got it filled in with pink and a pink peony in memory of my momma💕💕💕I LOVE IT!
