Black Brain Car Rental – Client Policy 1. Booking: Confirmed only after full payment or deposit via Bank Transfer/ Pay2Cell, Orange Money, eWallet, or Cash. 2. Driver Requirements: Must be 25+ with a valid drivers license (2+ years). 3.Security Deposit: Minimum BWP 300 refundable after vehicle return (no damage & fuel shortage). 4. Fuel: Return car with same fuel level as collected; shortage charged at pump rate + BWP 50 fee. 5. Return Time: Late returns charged BWP 50.00/30 minutes; Full day rate after 3 hours late return. 6. Cancellations: FREE if made 24hrs before; BWP 100 fee if less. 7. Damages/Accidents: Renter covers all costs; report accidents within 24hrs with police report. 8. Cleanliness: Excess dirtiness may attract BWP 100–300 cleaning fee. Note: Only the listed driver may operate the vehicle. No off-road or cross-border travel without approval.
