Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Bingley Birth Therapies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as necessary. Clients are responsible for any fees associated with late cancellations or no-show appointments. Join us on monday evenings at 6pm for a relaxed and informal pregnancy yoga class in the heart of Saltaire. We have a discussion to start, followed by breathing techniques for birth, gentle and beginner friendy pregnancy yoga yo help stretch and strengthen and ending the session with a guided relaxation. All equipment is provided but if you prefer your own mat and blanket just bring them along. Classes are £9 per session or £50 for a block of six classes. Please message to book in
