Booking Fee

A £30 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment via bank transfer or cash.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the booking fee is non-transferable and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.

Infills

Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks, depending on lash retention.
At least 50% of lashes must remain for an infill appointment.
Appointments made after 4 weeks will be charged as a full set.
If insufficient lashes remain, please book a removal & full set.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Arriving 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled.
No-shows will be restricted from making future bookings.

Before Your Appointment

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and no contact lenses in.
If you attend with eye makeup on, a £15 cleaning fee will apply.

BenSen lashes

Booking fee are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. If you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking — only if the change is made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
