Air Condition Ductless Unit Full Service

What a Full Ductless Service Includes A professional service generally includes: Cleaning the Indoor Unit: Cleaning filters, evaporator coils, and the blower wheel to improve airflow. Cleaning the Outdoor Unit: Removing debris and cleaning condenser coils for better heat transfer. Checking Refrigerant Levels: Technicians will measure suction pressure and superheat to ensure the charge is correct. Drain System Maintenance: Clearing the drain line to prevent leaks. Electrical Inspection: Testing connections and voltage. Functional Test: Testing the system in both heating and cooling modes. Gas Up Top up.

This service entails installing a brand new ductless ac unit with electrical work electrical work. The technical will need access to meter box for this service.

Island Servcing

For this service the lead technician flies to your preferred island and does your requested work. Installing, servicing or maintenance. The customer is responsible for the round trip flight of the technician. If the customer required the technican to be on the island for more than a few hours, the customer is responsible for the accommodation of the technician at a safe Airbnb. If the customer wishes to not be responsible for the airfare and the accommodations the customer will be charged at the beginning of the booking. The total will include flight, accommodation and service fee. A 75% deposit is required to book this service. This service must be book one to two week in advance.
