Booking Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To help me provide the best service to all clients, I kindly ask that appointments be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service price.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the service price.

• If an appointment is booked twice, please make sure to cancel the extra booking in advance.
If a duplicate appointment is not canceled on time, the full service price will be charged for that appointment.

 • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to restricted future bookings.

• No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) and ignoring communication regarding the appointment or payment will result blocking from future bookings.

Late Arrivals

 • Please arrive on time (5 min late is allowed)

• If you book an express service(45min), please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in the service being shortened or canceled, and the full service price will still apply, as the time is reserved especially for you.

 • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened service time or cancellation without a refund, depending on the schedule.



*If you are visiting with a child, please make sure they do not disturb other guests. In case anything is damaged, broken, or stained, the parent will be held responsible.

*If your nails are severely damaged, infected, or affected by fungus or any other conditions, we will not be able to perform the nail service. The same applies to any eye conditions — in such cases, we will have to refuse the service.

I worked in beauty for years myself and always struggled to find a good pedicure. Well my search is now over. I have a full pedicure with Lada today and it was amazing. There is no where in Limerick that puts this much effort into a pedicure. From the comfy recliner to the high quality products used………and not to mention the skill and interest Lada showed in doing this treatment.
I will never go anywhere else again.

I attended an appointment with Anastasia this morning for the first time and I cannot recommend her enough! The salon is lovely and clean and the girls are very professional. It was such a positive experience and my nails have never looked so good. Looking forward to my next appointment already.

Lelya is truly an amazing nail tech. She is incredibly particular about the health and quality of your nails, which really sets her apart. Her work is always neat, precise, and done with so much care and attention to detail. She only uses the best products and is the hardest worker ever - she truly goes above and beyond and will always do her best to fit you in. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in her results every time. I highly highly reccomend her!
