BOOKING POLICY - NAT LASH & BROWS A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are deducted from your total on the day. Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: full deposit refund or transfer. Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice: deposit transfers to one rescheduled appointment within 30 days. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: deposit is forfeited. No-shows: deposit is forfeited and 50% prepayment required for future bookings.
