Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Beauty By Caitlin. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment but 10 pound deposit is non refundable. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment by cash or bank transfer . Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone or contact the business to bring 1 person . No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
