Salon Terms & Conditions Thank you for choosing Be Queen Hair Treatment. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Booking & Deposit - A deposit is required to secure all appointments. - The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your service on the day of your appointment. - Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled. 2. Rescheduling - If you need to change your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. - Last minute rescheduling will be treated as cancellation and charge of 50% of booked service cost will apply - A deposit may be transferred to one alternative appointment date if the appointment is rescheduled before the cancellation window begins ( 24 hours ) - Repeated rescheduling (more than once for the same booking) will be treated as a cancellation, and a charge equal to 50% of the booked service cost will apply before a new appointment can be secured. 3. Cancellation Policy - Please notify the salon as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment so that the time can be offered to another client. - Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service cost. - Any non-refundable deposit already paid will be applied towards this charge. 4. No-Show Policy - Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) will incur a charge of 100% of the booked service cost. - Future appointments may require full prepayment. 5. Service Satisfaction & Corrections - If you are unhappy with the result of your service, please inform the salon before leaving the salon whenever possible. - The salon will offer a follow-up appointment to assess and, where appropriate, rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe. - Any concerns arising after you leave the salon must be communicated promptly so that we have the opportunity to review the matter. - All complaints and requests for corrective work must be verified in person at the salon. 6. Refund Policy - The salon does not offer refunds for services provided. - Our priority is to resolve any genuine concerns through assessment and, where appropriate, corrective treatment. 7. Client Responsibility - The salon is not responsible for the outcome of any treatment where the result has been affected by actions taken by the client after the appointment, including but not limited to: - using products not recommended by the salon; - failing to follow aftercare advice; - receiving additional treatments elsewhere; - altering, removing, or attempting to correct the service independently. 8.
