Willow is a very nervous Jack Russell cross (rescue pup) and Alex is amazing with her, she always has the time and patience with her, would highly recommend.

John was brilliant !! I am a first time customer - but John made friends with my dog Ellie - and performed an excellent haircut - all very professional - highly recommend

Amazing service as always from John.

Zog looks awesome & he is very grateful as he has had to suffer 3 heatwaves with his shaggy coat so was long overdue to get sheared!!!

Fantastic service already booked for next time thankyou again

Excellent experience! Alex and John, treated my dog, Nina, with exceptional care, patience, and kindness. I especially appreciated the convenience of having their mobile grooming service come directly to my home. They were very professional, punctual, and have a great mobile setup. Nina is a large, senior Husky mix, and I was especially grateful for how gentle and patient they were with her. They did an outstanding job. She looked and smelled wonderful. Definitely will be using them again!

Brilliant service and freindly as my lab is nervous with new people but it was great roll next visit

Alex gave my Whippet his regular nail clipping. She's always punctual and friendly and has made such a difference to my boys attitude.
Safe hands 🫶

Fab as always. We have a nervous dog as well as two other dogs and they all Look forward to seeing Alex. Holly the nervous dog went willing today so I'm really pleased. I have recommended Alex to my neighbour who has booked in with her. A**********

Angel always looks great after clipping and a bath. John is very dedicated to what he does. Always keeps you informed about times to get to you.

Amazing as always. A beautifully groomed dog who smells and looks fabulous. Thank you.

Our boy smells amazing and looks so much better! Couldn’t be happier with the service, price, care and time taken and how happy my boy was on return. Thank you again!

Absolute great service very professional and advised for future cuts

First time for Coco and I couldn't be happier. He smells amazing and had his nails trimmed and filed which is usually a nightmare. Alex was so friendly and really good with him. We'll definitely be booking again in the future.

Amazing second time using them and will never go anywhere else! Got a giant English bull terrier pup who’s still abit mouthy! Alex is so lovely and our pup absolutely loves her will just go straight out with her! He always comes in smelling amazing and super happy

We couldn’t be happier with the service from Baths & Barks! Alex was absolutely fantastic, especially as our younger Lab is very timid. She was so patient, calm and gentle, and really took the time to make her feel comfortable. Both of our girls came back looking beautiful, smelling absolutely incredible, and the groom was perfect. . Baths & Barks will definitely be our go-to groomers from now on. Highly recommend! Thank you 💛🐾

Willow looks absolutely gorgeous, John has done a wonderful job of grooming my Bichon Frise, so good i have booked the rest of the year, thankyou again.

As always, an excellent experience with John. He’s incredibly accommodating when it comes to fitting us in and always provides a friendly, professional service. He takes great care with my often nervous pup, making sure she feels safe and comfortable, and the finished groom is always beautiful. She smells fresh and clean for ages!! You can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs he grooms. Highly recommended!

Always a pleasure to have our dogs groomed by John - great, friendly service, really good trim, well worth it!

Alex was brilliant with my dog, Belle. Alex was very friendly and personable, and she met all of Belle's needs. Belle came out smelling super clean and Alex was even able to trim her nails, which is a first, as she never let's anyone else. We're very pleased that Belle has acted as a doggy air freshener after her bath!

John is very professional. Rex always looks beautiful and smells fab. Would highly recommend. Thank you John

John groomed Casper, our20 month old deaf springer spaniel today. This was Casper's second ever groom and it went well. John was patient with him as Casper had to sniff EVERYTHING before it was used.

Alex has a friendly, supportiveand professionable approach and is very knowledgeable. Thank you 😊

John arrived early and was extremely polite and explained what would happen. Bailey and Oscar were very relaxed about their groom. Have already rebooked as they look great and John cut them exactly how I wanted them. I would definitely recommend John especially if you have a dog who is a bit nervous. Excellent service.

Truly the nicest dog groomer I've ever known and that's saying something having owned dozens of Cats and dogs for 60 years. Tremendously caring and friendly.

Dog was booked in for eleven o’clock I had a text message to say that John would be coming earlier, our dog is a bit anxious with other people but after introducing him to John he wasn’t so bad, John provided an excellent service and we are very pleased with the result .

Great service great with animals friendly staff and reasonable prices

Top job lovely efficient service will continue to use Thankyou

John was really helpful and accommodating. The dogs enjoyed their grooming and looked perfect afterwards.

Another fantastic experience with Alex today. She’s really taking her time with making sure our dog is comfortable as she’s anxious and not keen on her paws being touched.
Extremely grateful for such understanding groomers that are willing to work with us to help make sure our dog is comfortable. Thank you so much.

John was so nice and friendly, our little boy looks amazing. Cannot wait to see the photos taken

John was happy to accommodate the type of cut we wanted for Ralph and even took the time for Ralph to warm up to him before taking his for his groom
I would definitely recommend to anyone and look forward to booking for his next cut in a few months! :)

We have been using John to groom Poppy for many years and would not like to take her to anyone else ! She can be quite delicate to handle, going from timid and nervous to a little agressive when she is anxious, but John is always so patient, gentle and caring with her. Would thoroughly recommend John and Alex

John cut my little Eric’s hair for his first hair cut and he did such a brilliant job considering I fired different ideas and pictures to how I wanted it. Spot on. Will be using you guys again. Thank you!

John took his time to meet and settle our cocker spaniel. It is an excellent groom and she smells beautiful.

Milo is a temperamental dog who can growl and fidget a lot but after an initial growl he was ok with John, he looks great and smells lovely and seemed settled so I’ll definitely be booking again

Great groom! Our dog was a bit nervous after a bad experience Bath & Barks accepted the challenge of ensuring she felt reassured and it ended up our dog feeling more comfortable about it.

Thanks again.

Always on time and super friendly. My dog looks and smells just poochy 🍑 lol

So much easier and less stressful than going out to the groomer. Max looks great and smells amazing. We’ll definitely re book and highly recommend

Brilliant!!!! Really happy with the service and very understanding to my reactive German Shepherds needs. Definitely recommend

Alex was very friendly.
Explained what I'd asked her to do with arlo as in wash and nail trim. Took care whilst on the property. And arlo looks and smells fantastic. Would definitely recommend see you again soon.

John was friendly and professional, he cut our Chester looking like a Cocker Spaniel should, after previous groomers had left us feeling nervous about using another grooming service.
Will definitely be booking again, thank you!

First time using John for our Cocker spaniel Kobe after being highly recommended and fair to say weve found our groomer forever! 5* experience 10/10 from start to finish and a very happy pooch!

Our Dog has only ever been for one groom elsewhere and he will be 3 this year and has a groom every 2 months. Both Alex and John have groomed him over the years and they've each been nothing other than friendly to us all. Having a busy life means a mobile groomer really works for us and they're always so accommodating and helpful. We all love when he's been groomed as he smells amazing for over a week later and he's always so excited to see them giving lots of kisses. Thankyou so much☺️

Dog looks fantastic and smells great,
The team turned up exactly on time, were very professional and communicated with me before and during the groom brilliantly I was never left waiting for answers
I will be using them again

Very professional. Arrived on time. Greyhound came out very clean and shiny and smelt really nice. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous first experience of having John groom our Cavapoo, Pepper. Very friendly, listened to our preferences - took time to look after her and get to know her. Pepper was a fan from the off - she could tell that she was in safe hands! She was an excitable bundle when she jumped out of the van, full of energy, smelling delicious!! Loved the blueberry facial. She looks refreshed and like she's been to the spa! Pepper's already looking forward to her next pamper session. 5☆ experience. Paws up!

Always happy with my dogs groom, she always smells divine & it’s also lovely catching up with Alex!

First time for Mya with John and very pleased with groom. Also very impressed at how relaxed and calm Mya was with John. Mya smells heavenly and looks beautiful. Looking forward to next pamper session for Mya.

Neither of my farm dog spaniels had been properly groomed before. They were happy to hop into the trailer and came out looking and smelling great. I’d heartily recommend!
