💞Please do your best to maintain your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, 24 hour notice is required. Any notice under 24 hours or no-shows will result in a forfeit of the deposit and 50% charge of the next booked service‼️. No exceptions! 🌀HAIR IS PROVIDED! Please leave the color of hair on in the notes when booking 💞Refrain from using hair oils or gels on your hair prior to your service,if you do so it’s okay I wash . 💞All services require a $15 non-refundable deposit upon booking , which will be deducted from your total. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. 💞You Do No Have To Pay full price upon booking ONLY THE BOOKING FEE to secure your spot . 💞You are expected to be on time for your appointment or provide notice if you're running late. If you're beyond 20 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited, Please understand that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, arrive late, or do not show up for your appointment. 💞If you need to reschedule, you must notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment for your deposit to transfer to a new date. Reschedules made after this time will require a new deposit. 💞If a client is late or misses their appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. In order to book another appointment, half of the full service amount will be required upfront at the next booking. 💞If the client fails to show again, they will be blocked from booking future appointments. 💞 New clients receive $10 off their first appointment when booking with Barbie Beauty Kartel. The discount will be applied at your first service. 💞 Only one additional person is allowed to attend your appointment with you. 💞Accepted payments: Cash App, Apple Pay, tap pay or cash 💞Accepted contact: Instagram, Snap Chat, or personal number. 💞Kids ages 12 and under will receive $5 deducted from any service. 💞I love working with kids, but moving forward I will NOT service children who holler, scream, kick, or refuse to sit still during their appointment. Styling hair requires patience and safety for everyone involved. ✨ Being tender-headed means a child has a sensitive scalp — that is completely understandable and I work as gently as possible. ❌ Not sitting still means constant moving, crying uncontrollably, fighting the service, or refusing directions. This makes it unsafe and prevents me from giving quality work. Parents, please make sure children are prepared and ready for their appointment time.
