Appointment, Late, Cancellation & No-Show Policy Thank you for booking with me. To protect appointment time and provide the best experience for every client, please review the following policy before booking. Deposits • A $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure every appointment. • Your deposit is applied toward the remaining service balance on the day of your appointment. • Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals too late to complete the scheduled service. • A new deposit is required to reserve another appointment. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled service. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened, adjusted, or canceled based on the remaining time available. • After 20 minutes, your appointment must be rescheduled, and your $25 deposit will be forfeited. • If I am able to accommodate a late arrival, a late fee may apply and/or parts of the service may need to be adjusted. Accommodations are not guaranteed. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the $25 deposit. • Same-day cancellations are treated as late cancellations. • A new deposit is required to reserve a new appointment after a late cancellation or reschedule. No-Shows • If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not communicate beforehand, it is considered a no-show. • No-shows forfeit their deposit and must pay a new deposit before booking again. • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment in full or may result in a refusal of future booking. Refunds & Service Concerns • Deposits are non-refundable. • Completed services are non-refundable. • If you have a concern with your service, please contact me within 48 hours. I will review the concern and, if appropriate, offer a reasonable adjustment at my professional discretion. • Refunds or adjustments are not available for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions, work performed by another stylist, or a change of preference after the service has been completed. Appointment Preparation • Please arrive with your hair prepared according to the instructions for your booked service. • Hair that is excessively tangled, matted, heavily soiled, or requires extra detangling, takedown, correction, or preparation may require an additional fee, a service adjustment, or rescheduling. • Please disclose allergies, sensitivities, prior chemical services, extensions, and relevant hair history before your appointment. Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Appointment, Late, Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
