Train with Landon (7pm)
Train alongside Landon in a small-group setting. You’ll follow the workout Landon is doing while he coaches the group, demonstrates exercises, and helps with form and technique. Sessions are limited to 3 people. Session begins at 7pm. The app wont allow me to book multiple people in the 7pm time slot so the time slot may appear as 7:05 or 7:10. However they all start at 7pm.
