My policy is simple: I respect your time, and you respect mine. ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrival • Up to 15 minutes late – service may still be performed (adjustments may apply) • 15+ minutes late + no notice– appointment may need to be rescheduled • 30+ minutes late + no notice– considered a missed appointment If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. ⸻ 🚫 No Call / No Show • 1st occurrence: Future bookings require a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit (applied to your service). • 2nd occurrence: Booking privileges may be permanently revoked. ⸻ 💅 72-Hour Nail Guarantee If lifting, chipping, cracking, or breakage occurs within 72 hours, notify me immediately. Approved issues will be repaired free of charge within the 72-hour window. After 72 hours, repairs are considered normal wear and tear and may be charged. Not covered: picking, biting, trauma, improper aftercare, color changes, or design changes. ⸻ 🎨 Design Policy To ensure a smooth appointment: • Arrive with 1-3 inspo photos with design, color, shape, and length selected • Exact replication is not guaranteed • Being unclear or repeatedly changing designs may result in a simplified design or additional fees if time allows ⸻ By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and authorize charges in accordance with these terms.
