Safe space for your pet but an open and very clean grooming area. No tiny cages surrounded by loud barking dogs. And when you make an appointment, that’s when your pet is seen, as close as possible. No being locked up while someone who has paid an expedited fee jumps ahead. This is my permanent groomer now. So glad I found her!”
