Polished By Lauren

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, 24 hours will be
100%.

No-shows will require full payment for the missed appointment and upfront payment will be required for any future bookings. Failure to pay will result in future appointments not being fulfilled. 

For safety and insurance reasons, I do not remove or work over nail enhancements applied by other technicians. If you arrive with nail product that was not applied by me, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee will apply, as I am unable to fill the appointment slot on short notice.

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with fees still applicable.

If you are feeling unwell or have any infections or contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment to protect the health of all clients and staff. If you show up unwell, you may be refused service.
