Booking & Deposit Policy A $20 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Please e-transfer your deposit to [email protected] within 24 hours of booking, including your name in the transfer note. Appointments without a received deposit may be cancelled to open the time for other clients. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment. Deposits are fully refundable or transferable if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will result in a forfeited deposit. A reasonable grace period may be offered for late arrivals where possible, but lateness may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, at the business’s discretion. Payment The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept cash or e-transfer. Health & Safety Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or relevant medical conditions prior to your appointment. Clientele We proudly offer our services to a women-only clientele. Men are not permitted in the studio. Guests Clients may bring one guest, who is welcome to wait outside or in the designated waiting area during your service. Please avoid bringing additional guests unless prior arrangements have been made. Other No refunds are issued once a service has been completed.
