Paws Truly Grooming Studio

Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a £15 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy, and deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window.

A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods are cash or card, ir via our booking link, applicable platform fees may apply. Please ensure you book the correct service for your grooming appointment as time slots are allocated accordingly and extra charges could occur — there is an additional £10 charge for matted pets to cover the extra time required, matted pets may be shaved in line with animal welfare legislation rather than de-matted, and pets found to have parasites such as fleas or ticks will incur an extra £12 charge to remove parasites and protect other animals; clients who pay a deposit and do not show may also be charged a no-show fee equal to the remaining balance of their grooming price.

Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed, and the business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

All the staff go to extraordinary lengths to make my Setter feel more than just welcome, they make him feel loved.

Dolly is now used to attending Paws Truly and although a little nervous goes in with no hesitation. The girls are great with her. 
Dolly's groom is always exactly as I ask for, no exceptions. She hates having her nails clipped, even at home. But this time Liv managed to clip them well 👏🏻

Had to change groomers as our old one wasn’t doing big dogs anymore. We have a mixed Shepherd, who is coming into her own but can still be a bit nervous at times & was very comfortable with the last groomers.

She waltzed right in as if she was right at home. She smells and looks lovely after a de-shed and you can really see the difference! Really pleased with everything and relieved as I was worried how going somewhere new would impact her. Will definitely be booking back in. Thank you!

Zeus absolutely loves going for a hair cut and the girls take such good care of him even when he’s being a hyper boy he always looks gorgeous when he comes out and his hair cut is always amazing!

I loved the idea of everything that was going on, you could see. Dogs are in full view while getting seen to by the groomers. Nothing is hidden. The dogs are free to roam around. Lovely atmosphere when you walk through the door.....

We’ve been bringing Maizie our bichon frise for the past 4 years and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. All groomers are amazing with her as she isn’t the easiest dog to groom but they take their time with her and she always comes out looking beautiful and smelling the best.

We travelled an hour today and had our Pomeranian Pablo in with Demi. Pablo has alopecia and we were very nervous but Demi put our minds at ease immediately. I took my Stormi to Paws truly Grooming and she came back so cute, perfumed and seemed so calm so I’m pretty sure she was well looked after. Will definitely recommend. 

Our Airedale Olive had her first adult groom done here and she looks absolutely wonderful. She came out such a happy dog, I would highly recommend this groomers to anyone :)

With a nervous German shepard I was a bit unsure on how she would be but the staff here were brilliant. They totally understood how she was and handled her with complete respect. She's now flat out asleep after her calming shampoo! Thanks again !

Amazing wouldn't take my dog anywhere else I literally drive 45 mins to get him groomed here coz it's the best and I've tried quite a few but no one grooms ted better than these manning girls they really are miracle workers love these girls x x

Molly was booked in with Emma today - her usual groomer. She looks very smart and smells fabulous! Always happy with how she looks. 

 Booked an appointment online . So easy. Called across n got a lvly welcome off the lasses . Called back to pick Lewie up n he smelt gorgous n had a lvly cut / Shampoo x 2 . Did everything i wanted for a cocker poo n was well pleased. Paid £45 n it was a quality job for a fair price. It’s only the 2nd time iv used Paws Truly but wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else now. Thanks so much .

Louis went into Paws a smelly long haired mess of a dog. He came out looking absolutely lovely with a terrific cut n blow dry smelling great also. You have a great team working at PAWS n i sat in on Louis( lewie) while he got finished off n you could see the staff loved the dogs they worked on. It was great to see n what a hard working lot of employees you have. Thanks again n have A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS. 👍👍

Always a great experience, I have a really nervous Springer Spaniel and a very boisterous GSD, they handle both really well and the dogs always leave well looked after with brilliant grooms. The girls are great, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have a small cocker spaniel Dolly who is quite nervous. She has been to Paws Truly 3 times now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 

The staff are all so lovely and accommodating. Dolly smells and looks fantastic. Thanks team!
