By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following policies.

• Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period will be honored. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation or modification of the appointment based on scheduling availability / a late fee of $5

• If I have not received any communication from you by your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled.

• I do not perform removals of products applied by another nail technician. Please arrive with clean, natural nails unless your current set was applied by me. Appointments requiring foreign removal will be declined.

• Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (No-Call, No-Show) will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before booking any future appointments. Repeated No-Call, No-Show occurrences may result in refusal of future services and yoy will be charged 50% of your scheduled booking on the day of your missed appointment.
- Los clientes que no acudan a su cita sin previo aviso (sin notificar ni presentarse) deberán abonar un depósito no reembolsable antes de reservar futuras citas y se le cobrará una tarifa del 50 % el mismo dia de la cita. • Due to the limited space in my in-home studio, clients may bring one (1) guest who is not receiving a service. Additional individuals are only permitted if they are scheduled for an appointment and space allows. I reserve the right to limit or deny additional guests based on available space and safety considerations.
- Debido al espacio limitado de mi estudio en casa, los clientes pueden traer a un (1) acompañante que no vaya a recibir ningún servicio. • I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at my discretion if these policies are not followed or if circumstances arise that compromise the safety, comfort, or professionalism of the appointment.
