I have gone to Karl for the last number of years. Whenever I have muscle injuries or tightness, Karl sorts me out and gives me stretches and exercises to do which help decrease the likelihood of the injury returning. I also bring my daughter to Karl and he keeps her match ready for her active lifestyle.
