Very knowledgeable and helpful. Could feel some relief in my calf after the session and should recover far quicker with the specific  exercises that I have been shown to do. 

Highly recommend Karl, I was dealing with lower back and joint issues, and Karl knew exactly how to target the root cause. 

Really good session with Karl. He explained exactly the mechanics of my problem and provided great treatment and post physio exercises to continue with.

I have been with karl couple of years and he has gotten me to the start of numerous races injury free after picking up various niggles. Highly recommend him if you have any niggles of just regular maintenance
