**Booking Policies & Terms**

Thank you for choosing  Oh My Glow LLC by The Phoenix Esthetician 

Please review the following policies before booking:

✨ A valid card is required to reserve all appointments.

✨ New clients are required to pay a $10 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your service.

✨ Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit or cancellation fee may apply.

✨ Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

✨ No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

✨ If you are currently using Accutane, have had recent facial surgery, active sunburn, open wounds, or certain medical conditions, please contact me before booking to ensure your chosen service is appropriate.

✨ For your safety, some treatments may be modified or postponed if contraindications are present at the time of your appointment.

✨ Results vary from person to person. Consistency with professional treatments and home care is essential for achieving your skincare goals.

✨ By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.


I started my day thinking I was late when I in fact was an hour early. Hailey extended me grace because I was frazzled and took me early.  The room is peaceful and calming. I was so excited for my first facial, and the second I walked into the spa, the vibe was pure luxury. The aesthetic was clean, the music was soothing, and the air smelled expensive😍.
My esthetician Hailey welcomed me with a beautiful smile. Next, she led me into a dim, dope vibe treatment room. I changed into a soft wrap cover up and slid onto a soft blanket on the treatment table. It was so cozy.

She asked about my current routine, my skin goals, and if I had any sensitivities.
