CLIENT NOTICE - UPDATED POLICIES 1. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS - A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. - Failure to provide notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged. 2. PUNCTUALITY - Clients are expected to arrive strictly on time for their appointment. - Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the appointment being canciled, with the full fee still applicable. These policies are in place to respect both my time and the time of other clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
