48 hours before will be 50% treatment price fee. 
24 hours before will require 100% treatment price fee.
No shows will also be charged 100%
If cancellation fees aren’t paid, you won’t be able to re book an appointment and any future appointments booked will be cancelled. 
PATCH TESTING IS REQUIRED 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT 
Failure to attend your skin test can also result in a cancellation fee

I've been going to Jadie for my brow wax/tint and lash lift/tint, and I can't recommend her enough! She's so skilled and knowledgeable in what she does, and she's really helped my brows to grow into a better shape again after years of home-plucking made them thin and wonky

Really happy with everything.  Gemm took a lot of care  and I felt well looked after. I had my eyebrows tinted and waxed and upper lip and chin wax and was very happy with the result. There is a very warm.and welcoming atmosphere in the studio and a very professional and efficient service.  Would highly recommend.
