Payment Policy

At Nelly’s Skin Studio, we strive to provide flexible payment options for your convenience. You can choose to pay for services using either cash, credit/debit card or Zelle. 

	•	Cash Payments: We gladly accept cash payments with no additional fees.
	•	Card Payments: If you prefer to pay with a credit or debit card, please note that a 3.5% processing fee will be added to the total amount to cover the cost of card processing.

Please be sure to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel after the 24 hours you are subject to a cancellation fee of half of the appointment total. No call, no shows will be charged the full service price and and will not be able to make an appointment again in the future. Deposits made for facial services do go towards your service, but may be forfeited if canceled outside of cancellation policy.
