Cancellation Policy - We require 24 hours notice. Any cancellations with less the 24 hours notice will be subject to 50% of scheduled service cost.

No Show Policy - If you are to not attend or contact your technician prior to your appointment, you will be documented as a NO SHOW. This will result in a 100% charge of the service booked.

Card on File - We require all clients to provide a valid credit card to put on file. Your card will only be charged if the cancellation or "no show" policies are violated.(this information will be taken at your first appointment)
