When booking with Nails by Lupe, you agree to the following terms and conditions: While every effort will be made to honor scheduled appointments, Nails by Lupe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as necessary, with prompt notification provided to the client. Clients are asked to arrive on time to ensure the full service can be provided; late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Clients needing to reschedule or cancel are requested to provide ample advance notice. Please be aware that Nails by Lupe is operated by a cosmetology student, not a licensed nail technician. While striving for excellence, the technician is still in training, and minor imperfections may occur. Your understanding and support of this learning process are greatly appreciated.
