♥︎ A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. No deposit= No appointment. ♥︎ Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel Last minute/ Same day, deposit will be forfeit and will required a new deposit in order to book again. (NO SHOWS ) will result in deposit forfeit and will be charged 100% of the service. ♥︎ Rescheduling: You may reschedule one time with no penalty if done 24 hours before your appointment start time via your booking confirmation link. Your deposit will automatically transfer to the new appointment. If less than 24 hours notice forfeit the deposit. ♥︎ Late Policy: Grace period is 10 minutes. Arrivals after 10 minutes incur a $15 late fee AND may result in reduced service time may need to be cancelled or rescheduled a new appointment with deposit forfeited. ♥︎ Feeling Sick?
