— If you are running late, just let me know. I provide a 10 minute grace period but that may result in a solid color. Anything past 15 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will be charged the full price of the service booked. — If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment I ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours, same day cancellations, and no shows, will result in being charged for the full price of service booked. I do not remove acrylic or Gel X. All first time clients must come with bare nails or existing builder gel. There is a $15 charge for gel removal that is not my work. No extra guests at your appointment, please! This includes children. I want to provide a safe space for you, other nail techs and clients, as well as myself. No form of hatred will be tolerated.
