Policy and Terms
In order to provide you with the best service possible, please adhere to the following policies: 1. My grace period is 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you may opt to either get whatever I can do (plain set or skip cuticle work) within the remaining time for the original price, or reschedule. If you are later than 20 minutes your appointment will need to be rescheduled or canceled, so please just let me know as soon as you realize you won’t make it. 2. Your deposit goes toward your total. 1 deposit will cover you for 1 original appointment and 1 reschedule without needing to go back and rebook. Should you need to reschedule more than once, you will need to put down a new deposit. 3. Please, no extra people or pets, no loud music or long FaceTime calls without headphones. 4. Please book the appropriate soak off if you need one. If you do not, you may not be able to receive the full service you’re expecting. You may need to get a fill, or not be serviced at all. 5. You are free to reach me on my business line 24/7, and should receive a response within 48 hours. If you need immediate help, please review photos of services on my website before booking.
