Welcome! I’m Sue Woledge. I do Contact Care Flinchlock Release, remedial massage and soft tissue therapies. I help people release tension, pain, and impact trauma stored in the body — safely and naturally. Contact Care Flinchlock Release is a gentle, hands-on bodywork technique that identifies and corrects impact injuries (or "flinchlocks") that can lock the body into patterns of tension and discomfort. These injuries often go unnoticed but can create long-term issues in movement, mood, and overall well-being. My approach is trauma-informed, intuitive, and deeply focused on restoring natural balance to your body. Whether you're recovering from physical injury, experiencing chronic tension, or simply looking to feel more at ease in your body — I’d love to support your journey.
