Thank you for choosing my business for your beauty services! Please review these policies carefully before booking. Appointments scheduled to start at or extend beyond 6:00 PM Tuesday through Friday or 1:00 PM on Saturdays will incur an additional 35% after-hours fee, calculated on the remaining service balance. A 20% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service, and the remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. I accept cash, zelle and card for remaining balances. Card includes a 3.5% + $0.30 surcharge. At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee equal to 75% of the remaining service balance may be charged in accordance with the disclosed booking terms and applicable law. The deposit and any cancellation fee will be handled according to the payment terms disclosed at booking. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice is considered a no-show. No-shows may be charged the full service price, subject to applicable law and payment-processing rules. Future bookings may require additional payment or may be restricted if there are repeated no-shows or unpaid fees. A $10 late fee applies when you arrive more than 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the service safely and properly. If the appointment cannot proceed, the applicable cancellation policy may apply. Please contact me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. If you experience an issue with your lash extensions, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment so I can review the concern. A correction may be offered when appropriate following an assessment. Corrections are not guaranteed and may not apply to issues related to aftercare, picking or pulling, rubbing, exposure to products or conditions that affect retention, or other circumstances outside my control. Please follow all pre-appointment instructions provided for your service. Makeup, oils, lotions, skincare products, or other residue may affect certain treatments. Please arrive on time and prepared for your selected service. If you have a new allergy, skin concern, eye condition, medication change, or recent procedure, inform me before the service begins. You are responsible for providing accurate information about relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, skin or eye conditions, previous reactions, and recent treatments. I may ask follow-up questions, modify the service, or postpone or decline a service if it appears unsuitable or unsafe. Completing a booking or consent form does not guarantee that a service will be performed. Please arrange any guests or accommodations in advance. Results vary based on individual hair, skin, lashes, aftercare, and other factors. Please communicate concerns promptly so they can be reviewed. Corrections and other resolutions will be considered individually and handled in accordance with applicable law and the service terms disclosed at booking. I reserve the right to decline, modify, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary for health, safety, sanitation, or professional reasons.
