Therapeutic Massage by Cortney

Clients of Therapeutic Massage by Cortney may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee. In the event of a no-call-no-show, the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment price. 

By booking an appointment, clients agree to adhere to this policy. Therapeutic Massage by Cortney reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
