Covid-19 EXCEPTIONS DO NOT APPLY FROM 1/01/23 -no shows will be charged full missed appointment and if booking again you will be required to pay for your appointment upfront. Please ensure you are NOT LATE for your schedule appointments. This means being here 5 mins before or on time. Late Policy - My grace period is strictly 10 minutes. Anything after is considered late. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and will still be charged full appointment fee. I have other clients after and it is not fair if they are made waiting. Hope you understand. If you know you are running late please give me as much notice as possible and I can try to accommodate you to my best ability. You will receive my number as soon as you book & you will receive a confirmation txt confirming your appointment.
