Policy and Terms

Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you reschedule your appointment 72 hours prior to your original appointment, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. If you wish to reschedule outside of 72 hours, the deposit is non-transferable. If you cancel within 48 hours or you are a no-show, full payment will be charged. If the full payment is not paid, you will be blacklisted. If you are 15 minutes late, you will be turned away. I do offer earlier than opening hours appointments at an extra charge. This can be discussed by contacting me. Please contact me to rearrange your appointment if you are unwell! This is inclusive of common colds. Please do not bring your child/children with you to your appointment. As much as I love children, it is not a safe environment for them. Any products purchased are non-refundable.

Brow Lamination

*if you are pregnant, this treatment is only suitable after the first trimester* Brow lamination is a two-step eyebrow perming treatment that involves correcting the brow shape by setting the hairs in place using a chemical solution. In the first step, a cream is applied that breaks down bonds in the eyebrow hairs so they can be manipulated into a new position. In the second step, another cream is applied to rebuild these bonds and set the brows in their new uniform position. Whether you want to correct your shape, lift the hairs, or both of these options brow lamination is for you! 🤍 • Lasts 4-6 weeks • Aftercare provided • Patch test required 48 hours prior
