Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law.
