Luxe Skin Co Booking & Cancellation Policy When booking a £15 deposit is required for all facial appointments and this will not be confirmed until the payment has been made. This deposit will be deducted from your treatment total on the day and is non refundable PLEASE NOTE : no shows or last minute cancellations on the day will be due the FULL remaining payment of your appointment and you will NOT be rebooked without full payment being made upfront and if you are more than 15 minutes late i will not be able to do your appointment Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If you’re a new client and you’re not sure what your skin actually needs yet? This is your starting point. We begin with a full skin consultation where I look at your skin properly and understand your concerns. From there I create a completely bespoke facial on the day based on what your skin needs in that moment — no guessing no generic treatments. This can include anything from deep cleansing, exfoliation, dermaplaning, calming barrier repair, hydration, and where suitable more advanced skin treatments such as chemical peels microneedling ect Perfect if you want guidance, results and a clear plan for your skin going forward
