Policy and Terms

By booking with Luxe Haven, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Luxe Haven may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; cancellations made with under 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total treatment amount and no-shows will be charged at 100% of the total treatment amount. Appointments available on request late in the evening and also on weekends. Mobile appointments also available on request, get treatments in the comfort of your own home.
