By booking with Luv Of Sets, you agree to the following Terms & Policies: Deposits: A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes toward your total balance. Late Arrivals: If you are 10+ minutes late, your service may be shortened or canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited Cancellations & Rescheduling: Rescheduling or canceling requires at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within less than 24 hours will require a new non-refundable deposit to rebook. No-Shows: Failure to show up without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may restrict future booking privileges. Nail Health: Please arrive with bare, healthy nails unless a soak-off service was selected at checkout. Service may be refused if severe damage or infection is present. Schedule Adjustments: Luv Of Sets reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary, with prompt notice provided.
