Para garantizar tu cita y respetar el tiempo de cada cliente, aplicamos las siguientes políticas:

Depósitos
	•	Se requiere un depósito no reembolsable para reservar tu cita.
	•	El depósito se aplicará al total de tu servicio el día de la cita.
	•	Las citas sin depósito confirmado no se considerarán reservadas.

Cancelaciones y Reprogramaciones
	•	Puedes reprogramar tu cita con al menos 48 horas de anticipación para mantener tu depósito.
	•	Las cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 24 horas de aviso o las ausencias sin previo aviso (no-shows) resultarán en la pérdida total del depósito.
	•	Si llegas 15 minutos tarde o más, tu cita podría ser cancelada y el depósito no será reembolsado.

Tolerancia y Respeto Mutuo
	•	Valoramos tu tiempo y el nuestro. Estas políticas ayudan a mantener una agenda justa para todas nuestras clientas.
	•	En caso de emergencia, comunícate directamente para evaluar una posible excepción.
