My daughter has always had the potential to be a great pitcher, but Michele has given her the confidence and tools she needs to truly believe in herself. She is incredibly intentional in her coaching - incorporating targeted drills, assigning “hw” and setting both short- and long-term goals that keep my daughter focused and motivated.
