Policy & Terms Booking & Payment Full payment is required to reserve your session. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment and no-shows are non-refundable. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time if you arrive late. Additional studio time may be purchased at the current hourly rate if availability permits. Session Time Your booked time includes setup, recording, breaks, file organization, imports, exports, and downloading session files. Please plan accordingly. Guests A maximum of 4 guests is allowed unless approved in advance. Guests must follow all studio rules. Studio Rules * No smoking or vaping inside the studio. * No weapons or illegal substances are permitted on the property. * Food and drinks are welcome. Please keep all food and beverages away from studio equipment. * Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Mixing & Mastering Recording sessions include recording only unless your purchased package includes mixing and/or mastering. Additional revisions beyond those included with your package may incur additional charges. File Storage Session files are stored for 30 days after project completion. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files before the storage period expires. Lucid Recording Studioz is not responsible for files after the 30-day storage period. Media Release Lucid Recording Studioz may capture photos or videos during your session for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise before your session begins. Liability Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property caused by themselves or their guests through negligence or misuse. ⸻ One additional recommendation Since you’re positioning Lucid Recording Studioz as a professional studio and adding Buy Now, Pay Later, I would also add a minimum booking requirement: Minimum booking: 2 hours.
