Studio Policies Booking & Payment * Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. * Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling * More than 72 hours before your session: Eligible for a full refund. * 24–72 hours before your session: Eligible for a 50% refund. * Less than 24 hours before your session: No refunds. * No-shows forfeit 100% of the booking payment. * Clients may reschedule their appointment at no additional charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled session, subject to studio availability. * Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times. Any additional reschedule requests will require a new booking. * Rescheduled appointments are not eligible for a refund if later canceled. Late Arrivals * Session time begins at the scheduled start time. * Late arrivals do not extend the session. * Additional studio time is subject to availability and billed at the current hourly rate. Overtime * Additional studio time may be added if available and is billed at the current hourly rate. Studio Rules * Maximum of 5 people, including the artist, unless approved in advance. * Smoking is prohibited inside the studio. * Vaping and alcohol are permitted, provided they are consumed responsibly. * Anyone who becomes belligerent, disruptive, threatening, aggressive, or causes damage to the studio or its equipment will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. * Illegal drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises. * Food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Please help keep the studio clean and protect the equipment. Session Time * Time spent downloading files, transferring files, organizing sessions, setup, exports, or file management counts toward your booked session time. Mixing & Mastering * Full payment is required before mixing or mastering begins. * Each mix includes up to two (2) revisions. Additional revisions are billed separately. * Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity. * Once work has begun on a mixing or mastering project, all payments are non-refundable. * Final files are delivered in WAV and MP3 formats unless otherwise requested. * Clients are responsible for providing all required audio files before work begins. Delays in receiving files may extend turnaround times. File Storage * Session files will be stored for 30 days after project completion. * Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files before the storage period expires. Media Release * Lucid Recording Studioz may capture photos or videos during your session for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise before your session begins.
