# Love, Cami – Policies & Terms ## Ordering - Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. - A minimum of 24 hours' notice is recommended for custom bouquets. Same-day orders are subject to availability. - Orders are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. ## Payment - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. - The remaining balance must be paid on pickup or delivery. - We currently accept Cash App, Zelle, and cash. - Pickup or delivery details will be provided after the deposit has been received. ## Fresh Flowers - Flower availability may vary depending on the season and supplier. - If a specific flower is unavailable, it may be substituted with a similar flower of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette. ## Cancellations & Refunds - The 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time and materials reserved for your order. - Orders canceled at least 24 hours before pickup or delivery may receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit, if applicable. - Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and completed orders are non-refundable. ## Pickup & Delivery - Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup time. - Delivery may be available for an additional fee based on location. - Pickup or delivery details will be shared after the required deposit has been received. ## Custom Designs - Every bouquet is handcrafted, making each arrangement unique. - While we will do our best to match inspiration photos, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. ## Flower Care - Fresh flowers naturally have a limited lifespan. - Following the provided care instructions will help your bouquet stay fresh longer. ## Contact If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach out.
