🚨By booking an appointment with Loc’d by Vel B, you confirm that you read, understood, and agree to the below policy and terms. Thank you for your understanding and compliance. 

                      RESERVATION FEE
- A non-refundable reservation fee secures your appointment and is applied to the balance of your completed service. 
- Reservation fee must be paid at time of appointment request; no fee paid equals appointment declined. 
- Reservation fees may be transferred once and only if appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment date/time. 
- Reservation fee is forfeited, and a new fee will be required when rebooking if the appointment is canceled or client no-call or no-show. 

                           LATE POLICY
- Arrivals after 15 minutes may result in reduced service time. 

                               PAYMENT
- Cash and Zelle (cavelbansah@yahoo.com) accepted. 

              ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Address provided 12-24 hours prior to appointment.
- Only client being serviced is allowed at appointment.
