BOOKING & DEPOSITS * Valid card on file, completed forms, and appointment confirmation are REQUIRED. * New clients and select services require a 50% deposit. * Returning clients require a $10 rebooking deposit. * ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of cancellation timeframe. * Deposits go toward your service and may transfer to ONE rescheduled appointment with 48+ hours’ notice. (deposit policy for current clients go into affect starting 1/1/27) CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING * 48 HOURS’ NOTICE IS REQUIRED. * Less than 48 hours’ notice = 100% service fee, with any deposit paid credited toward that fee. * With 48+ hours’ notice, no additional cancellation fee applies, but deposits are forfeited if canceling. * ALL cancellations and rescheduling MUST go directly through me. Online changes are unavailable. * Outstanding fees must be paid before rebooking. NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS * NO-SHOWS = 100% SERVICE FEE + PERMANENT BOOKING BAN. * More than 10 minutes late = $1 per minute, beginning at minute 11. * 20+ minutes late may result in cancellation and a 100% service fee. * Late fees do not guarantee service. PAYMENTS & SERVICES * CASH PREFERRED, other accepted payment methods available. * Remaining balances are due at your appointment. * Service changes require 48 hours’ notice. Last-minute reductions may be charged at the original price. * No refunds on completed services. Concerns must be reported within 48 hours. STUDIO RULES * NO children, pets, or extra guests without prior permission. * Please contact me if you’re sick before your appointment. * Photos are shared for marketing only with consent. * Service may be refused for safety concerns or policy violations, consistent with applicable law.
